.nouac works with a carefully curated and growing international network of authorized partners and selected spaces, currently present in several countries across Europe.
I'd like to try out a .nouac product, where can I do that?
.nouac is available online and works with selected partners in several European countries, where a curated selection of our artworks can be experienced in person. These locations are intended for viewing and consultation purposes only, allowing you to explore the materials, scale, and presence of our pieces, as well as receive guidance on available formats and customization options.


All purchases are completed exclusively online and artworks are produced made to order. If a .nouac partner location is not available in your area, our team will be happy to assist you directly online. For any inquiries or help locating a point of presence, please contact us at studio@nouac.com and we will guide you accordingly.

For any service inquiries or artwork care questions, we kindly ask that you contact .nouac directly, as all purchases are made exclusively online and artworks are produced made to order. When reaching out, please include your order number and a brief description of your inquiry so we can assist you efficiently.

How do I best take care of my .nouac products?

How long is the warranty for .nouac products?
.nouac artworks are created with care and intended to stand the test of time. In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, artworks are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee applicable in the country of purchase.


As each artwork is made to order and may vary in materials and formats, the scope and conditions of this guarantee may differ depending on the piece. For specific and detailed information, please refer to the individual artwork pages or contact our team for guidance.

Shipping

What ship­ping services do you offer?
.nouac artworks are shipped using express international air services, selected according to the size, weight, and destination of each piece. All orders are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure safe handling throughout transit.


As artworks are made to order and shipped directly to the customer, delivery is handled through trusted logistics partners specialized in international art transport. Specific shipping methods and timelines are detailed on the individual artwork pages and during checkout.
What if my order is damaged?
Upon delivery of your .nouac artwork, we kindly ask that you inspect the package carefully before acceptance. If the outer packaging shows visible damage, please note this on the delivery receipt where possible.


In the event that concealed damage or any discrepancy with the contents is discovered after opening, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Prompt notification allows us to assess the situation and take the appropriate steps to resolve the issue in accordance with our policies.
